Overall footprint is 12' x 20' with porch. These cabins are sold as a complete kit ready to build on your lot. The 12'x16' tiny cabins are constructed of solid 4 x 8 Doug Fir T&G timbers. Rough sawn outer finish and smooth interior.

The T&G timbers make assembly and stacking easy with a nice solid fit.

The floor and ceiling are 2 x 6 T&G Doug Fir.

 

Loft options:

One in over front porch 4'.

One in rear 4', 6', or 8'.

 

Perfect for recreational cabin, guest cabin, man cave, hunting cabin, out building or entertainment room.
